Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when orders can be cancelled, and how replacements and refunds work.
Cancellation before production
Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded at any time before production has started. Production means the physical creation of the product, including printing, framing, or manufacturing.
Once production has started
If your product has already entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible, because each item is custom-made for you.
If something isn't right
If you are dissatisfied for a legitimate reason, we will first try to resolve the issue through a replacement or correction of the product.
Returns
If a replacement is not accepted or cannot resolve the issue, you may return the product to us.
Refund timing
After we receive the returned product, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
Return address
Returned products must be sent to the designated return address, which we will provide when your return is arranged. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
