You may browse and purchase from our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way. We may update or discontinue parts of the site at any time.

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is confirmed once we accept it and begin processing. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change over time. We make every effort to display accurate prices; in the rare event of an obvious pricing error we will contact you before processing the order.

Payment is processed through our payment providers at the time of checkout. Your order enters processing once payment is confirmed. We do not store full card details on our servers.

We ship across the regions stated at checkout. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.

Our artwork is created using advanced AI systems and finished as physical prints. The product previews shown on the site are designed to represent the final product as accurately as possible.

Because every item is individually produced, small differences may occur between the on-screen preview and the delivered product — for example in frame appearance, print texture, canvas texture, glazing or glass reflections, colours due to monitor calibration, and normal production tolerances.

The final delivered product is generally expected to match the displayed artwork and presentation with approximately 90%+ visual consistency. These minor variations are a normal and expected part of fine-art and custom print production.

All content on this site — including artwork, images, text and branding — is owned by Bragin Gallery or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of the physical item for personal use; it does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Bragin Gallery is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
